Does anyone even check in here anymore?  Not sure if I would considering my lengthy gaps in posting.  I've been hard at work on a new blog that I'm allowing to have more presence on the Internet.  You can check it out at www.allmylooseends.com.  I do try to keep us shielded in some anonyminity, so there are't so many pictures of the girls lovely faces.
So, you'll have to get your fix here..
E and C at Bass Pro
We had a nice winter break. . Eric was able to get the week between Christmas and New Year off and it was nice to spend that time relaxing ourselves out of the holiday crunch.  We had a special family day out, thanks to a much appreciated Christmas gift and I think everyone had a blast.
E and E-Rainforest Cafe
Next year we hope to encourage similar gifts that allow us to spend time together as a family instead of adding another layer of clutter to our house. ;o)

Eric and Emily also went to their very first Daddy/Daughter dance.    Emily is thrilled!
Eric ins't as horrified as he looks.  He actually had a nice time and was happy to go.

Happy New Year!  I know our last update was from May, but I've decided that it's important to try and update than to carry around guilt from the fact that I haven't, so....we had a nice summer and fall.  If you haven't talked to us, you'll just have to trust me. ;o)
I have Christms cards to end out.  Thankfully, they're not totally Christmassy, so enjoy the surprise that is coming your way.  I'd apologize for my tardiness, but I suspect people rather expect that from me now.

Since it's fall, let's relive Spring, shall we??    Spring actually came this year, with cool mild weather and bright lovely sun.  Oh, and tons of rain.
At the beginning of the month we were invited to a birthday party.  THe mother of the birhtday girls is a friend from my Mom's group and she generously invited whomever wanted to come to celebrate with her girls AND they had a small petting zoo and pony rides.  They had a lovely home with a great big, green yard and lots to do to keep the kids busy.  Cadence, though, fell in love with the little lamb.....
